Gastrointestinal Upset

Often times, taking the extract after a meal can alleviate the nausea brought on with garlic. Furthermore, a powder garlic extract helps to reduce the acidity levels from those found in traditional food preparation. Garlic in its raw form is the most acidic and is often the culprit for gastrointestinal irritation.
