There is no recommended dosage for pure polydatin (trans-resveratrol-3-O-glucoside). As we know, the dosage of revseratrol98% is about 250mg to 500mg daily. We may conclude that the dose of polydatin is more or less the same as resveratrol dosing. One supplement formula suggests take 1 to 4 capsules of 500mg/capsule a day. High-dose of polydatin show overweight health benefits. *
